Oh No!

Warning!!! If you have not worn your wedding ring in a while and you have to grunt to put it on you should not keep pushing. Because you will be able to get it on and probally not be able to get it off. So then you will have to suffer through a sleepless night and wait for the jewerly store to open the next day and then go and have it cut off. Not a fun experience. I haven't worn my ring for about a year because the diamond has been loose. So I finally took it over to Needham's to get the diamond tightened. Before I took it I tried it on and it was really tight so I thougt about getting it resized at the same time but could not bring myself to do it. I keep thiking one of these days I am going to lose weight. Well I went to pick it up on Friday and was so excited to wear it that I pushed and pushed until it went on. After I got it on I started freaking out because I could not get it off. Cody told me that we would be able to get it off when we get home with a string. So I settled down and got pretty use to wearing it the rest of the day. When we got home that night I decided to leave it on and just go to sleep. Well about 4:00 AM I woke up and it was even tighter because my finger had started to swell. I got up and tried to get it off with soap and everything you can imagine that is really greasy. It was not coming off. I started freaking out again and went and woke Cody up. He tried using a string to get it off. That didn't work. So he looked on the internet for ways to get it off. By this time my finger was so swollen that the skin was really tight. We decided that we would have to wait for Needham's to open to get it cut off. Cody went back to bed. I tried to go back to sleep but I coundn't get my mind off of it. So I went and drove around for awhile and then came home and got ready to be over to Needham's at 10:00 when they opened. It only took about 10 seconds to cut off and it was the biggest relief. I will never shove a ring on my finger that does not fit. So I guess I will go ahead and get my ring sized to a bigger size:(
